At Inqoventa S.A.S. ("Inqoventa") we protect the personal data of those who visit our website inqoventa.com and use our real estate crowdlending platform. This policy describes which data we process, for what purpose, for how long and which rights the data subjects have under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Inqoventa S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71820462-3, with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, 5th Floor, Office 502, Puerto Madero, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 9876, Book 25, Volume III of S.A.S. You can contact us with any query about your personal data by writing to privacy@inqoventa.com.
2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide when completing forms on the site (first name, last name, email address, optional phone), browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, date and time) and information derived from cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (i) respond to enquiries and send you information about new investment opportunities in real estate crowdlending projects; (ii) improve the experience and security of the site; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations; (iv) perform aggregated statistical analysis; (v) prevent fraud and money laundering pursuant to Law 25,246.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when completing the subscription form and/or when accepting the cookies on the site. We may also process data to comply with legal obligations, within contractual relationships or on the basis of legitimate interests compatible with your rights.
5. Retention
We retain data for the time required to fulfil the purposes described and, where applicable, during the applicable legal periods (for example, 10 years for accounting documentation and operations regulated by Law 27,440 and CNV regulations).
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it with contracted technology providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements, as well as with regulatory authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP, BCRA) when legally required.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases, we guarantee an adequate level of protection through contractual clauses and mechanisms provided by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
8. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by writing to privacy@inqoventa.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority for Law 25,326 and has powers to address complaints.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: TLS encryption, access controls, audit logs and internal information security policies.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will be published at this same URL with the date of the latest update.
